Zeus career with Na’Vi is nearing its end according to reports

Danylo “Zeus” Teslenko seems to be about to hand over the leadership of Na’Vi to the new generation of players, according to a new report by Jarek “DeKay” Lewis.

Although the current Na’Vi line-up is still in the midst of StarLadder Berlin CS: GO Major battles after qualifying for the playoffs stage, this did not stop the team’s officials from thinking beyond Zeus, who had announced he would leave the team in 2019, despite the fans’ hopes that it wouldn’t be the case.

We don’t know whether Zeus will continue to play CS: GO with another squad or move to a management position within Na’Vi, but it is now certain that he will be replaced as soon as possible.

The new reports did not mention any confirmed names for potential replacements, but expectations are heading towards HellRaisers’s Kirill “ANGE1” Karasov, who may return to play under Na’Vi banner again after his team lost at StarLadder Major to Vitality after a performance that was not their strongest.

“Zeus” departure will leave us with “s1mple”, “electronic”, “flamie” and “Boombl4”, meaning that the new replacement will assume the responsibilities of team leader to succeed the legendary player who has achieved a number of titles with the team since rejoining it in 2017 after leaving for one year to play with Gambit Esports. The most notable achievements of which were StarSeries, i-League and finishing fourth in ESL One Cologne.

The player’s last tournament with Na’Vi is expected to be BLAST Pro Series Moscow 2019, which ends on September 14. Zeus will also complete their StarLadder Major games with the next challenge against NRG on Friday September 6.
