Wii U emulator can now run Mario Kart 8

The dream of being able to play Wii U games on PC might not be that far away after all. We heard about Cemu, the first Wii U emulator, but we didn’t expect it to come together this fast and show huge steps this soon.

When you watch the video below, you might not be impressed by how the game runs, as it barely does and it’s missing some graphical stuff. But for an emulator, this is a huge step to be able to correctly emulate the game this soon in development. It was only released two months ago and it shows years of progress already. All thanks to the hard work of the team that vowed to release an update every two weeks.
