Everything we know about new patch 9.21 in League of Legends

The new Patch 9.21 have some balance changes for many champions including Garen, Shaco and more, according to the official patch notes.

 

 

Riot is preparing to launch a huge changes for League of Legends with 2020 pre-season update, including new champions, items and some big changes of the Summoners Rift map. But today we will see some balance changes to fix dominated champions like Garen and Shaco. And As always new collection of skins and Chromas.

Champions Buffs

Kayn

Q – Reaping Slash

• Increase damage from 60/80/100/120/140 to 75/95/115/135/155.
• Increase rhaast damage from 0.5 to 0.55 of total attack damage.
• Reduce damage to monsters from 55 to 40.

Kog’Maw

Base Stats

• Increase mana from 322.22 to 325.
• Increase mana regen from 8.676 to 8.75.

Q – Caustic Spittle

• Increase base damage from 80/130/180/230/280 to 90/140/190/240/290.

E – Void Ooze

• Increase base damage from 60/105/150/195/240 to 75/120/165/210/255.

Lulu

E – Help, Pix!

• Increase shield power from 80/115/150/185/220 to 80/120/160/200/240.
• Increase damage from 80/110/140/170/200 to 80/120/160/200/240.

Maokai

W – Twisted Advance

• Change mana cost from 60/65/70/75/80 to 60 at all ranks.
• Increase damage from 50/75/100/125/150 to 70/95/120/145/170.

R – Nature’s Grasp

• Increase root duration from 0.6-2.4 to 0.8-2.6 seconds based on distance traveled.

Viktor

Base Stats

• Increase health from 528.04 to 530.
• Increase attack damage from 52.04 to 53.
• Increase armor from 22.72 to 23.

Q – Siphon Power

• Increase damage from 50/65/80/95/110 to 60/75/90/105/120.

Warwick

Q – Jaws of the Beast

• Increase damage ratio from 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% to 6/7/8/9/10% of the target maximum health.

W – Blood Hunt

• Increase bonus attack speed from 50/65/80/95/110% to 70/80/90/100/110% on enemies below 50% of their maximum health.

Champions Nerfs

Garen

E – Judgment

• Reduce base damage per spin from 8/12/16/20/24 to 4/8/12/16/20. and there is no changes for damage ratio with attack speed.

Shaco

W – Jack In The Box

• Reduce box duration from 60 to 40 seconds.

Pyke

Base Stats

• Reduce health growth from 100 to 90.

Passive – Gift of the Drowned Ones

• Reduce gray health from 30-81% (levels 1-18) to 25-50% (levels 1-18) of the damage taken from enemy champions.
