Everything we know about new patch 9.20 in League of Legends

New patch 9.20 released today with some big changes for many champions including Garen, Shaco and Viktor. According to the official patch notes.

the main goal of today changes are to increase the play rate with come champions like Shaco and Viktor in the current meta game, but those changes don’t mean the full rework for those champions. And as always the most today changes is here below in this report.

Champions Buffs

Ivern

Base Stats

.Increase attack range from 125 to 475

W – Brushmaker

.No longer increase Ivern range

Garen

Base Stats

.Increase attack speed growth from 2.9% to 3.65%
.Increase health from 6.16.28 to 620
.Reduce health growth from 84.25 to 84

Passive – Perseverance

Increase regeneration from 2- 8% based on level to 1.5-10.1% based on level. but no longer doubly while below 25% of maximum health

Q – Decisive Strike

Now scales with Garen’s attack speed

W – Courage

Reduce max resistance stacks from 50 to 30 at 150 unit kills.

E – Judgment

Change damage from 5-10 (levels 1-16) to 7 +1 per 20% bonuc attack speed from items and levels.
Change bonuce damage from 33% to a singel enemy to 25% to the nearest enemy.

R – Demacian Justice

Increase damage from 175/350/525 (+0.286 /0.333 /0.4 of the target’s missing health) to 150/300/450 (+0.2/0.25/0.3 of the target’s missing health) as true damage.

Lissandra

Base stats

Increase armor from 20.216 to 22.

Passive – Iceborn Subjugation

Increase damage ratio from 0.3 to 0.5 ability power.

W – Ring of Frost

Increase damage ratio from 0.5 to 0.7 ability power.

Shaco

Base stats

Reduce attack damage from 66 to 63.
Reduce attack damage growth from 3.5 to 3.

Passive – Backstab

Basic attack now deal 10-25 (levels 1-18) (+0.15 bonus attack damage) from behind.
Two-Shiv Poison now deal 15-50 (levels 1-18) (+0.1 ability power) from behind.

Q – Deceive

Change stealth duration from 1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5 to 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5 seconds.

W – Jack In The Box

The boxes can now attack multiple enemies in an AoE range.

E – Two-Shiv Poison

Change damage type from physical to magic damage.
Change damage from 55/80/105/130/155 (+0.6/0.75/0.9/1.05/1.2 bonus attack damage)(+0.75 ability power) to 70/95/120/145/170 (+0.8 bonus attack damage) (+0.6 ability power).
Change excute damage from 0-50% based on missing health to 50% on the target below 30% health.

R – Hallucinate

Change damage from 200/300/400 (+1.0 ability power) to 150/225/300 (+0.7 ability power).
Change fear duration from 0.75/1/1.25 to 1 second.

Varus

Base stats

Increase attack damage from 59 to 61.
Increase mana regen from 7.34 to 8.
Reduce mana from 360.5 to 360.
Increase health from 499 to 500.

Viktor

Q – Siphon Power

(Shield changes from 8% of maximum mana to 30-115 (levels 1-18) (+0.15 ability power.

R – Chaos Storm

Now will continue chasing champions even after Viktor dies.
Increase ticks from 3 to 6.
