The new today patch 9.16 have many features including buffs for many champions, new Pantheon rework and new skins, according to the official patch note.

Pantheon the unbreakable spear is returning to the summonerrift with new kit, abilities and new design. And above of that there are many buffs for many champions including Sion, Lux, Leblanc and more. And as always all new changes is here below in this report.

Pantheon the Unbreakable Spear

New Abilities

Passive – MORTAL WILL

After five basic attacks or ability casts, Pantheon’s next basic ability (Q, W, or E) is empowered.

Q – COMET SPEAR

Tap: Pantheon strikes in a direction, damaging all enemies in a line.

Hold: Pantheon throws his spear in a line.

Empowered: Enemies take extra damage and are slowed.

W – SHIELD VAULT

Pantheon leaps to a target enemy, dealing damage and stunning them.

Empowered: Pantheon’s next basic attack hits three times, each at reduced damage.

E – AEGIS ASSAULT

Pantheon sets his shield in a direction, gaining invulnerability to damage from enemies in that direction and dealing damage continuously. The last hit is extra powerful and still activates if E is canceled early.

Empowered: Aegis Assault lasts longer.

R – GRAND STARFALL

Pantheon leaps into the air and then hurtles back toward a target location, damaging enemies as he passes through. Mortal Will activates immediately when he lands.

W – Burning Agony

Tenacity changes from 10/15/20/25/30% to 30% at all ranks.

E – Masochism

Cool down changes from 6 seconds to 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds.

Ekko

E – Phase Dive

Increasing bonus damage from 40/65/90/115/140 to 50/75/100/125/150.

R – Chronobreak

Reducing cool down from 110/90/70 seconds to 110/80/50 seconds.

Fiora

E – Bladework

Reducing cool down from 13/11/9/7/5 seconds to 11/9.5/8/6.5/5 seconds.
Bonus attack speed changes from 50% at all ranks to 50/60/70/80/90%.

Jax

Q – Leap Strike

Reducing cool down from 10/9/8/7/6 seconds to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds.

LeBlanc

Q – Sigil of Malice

Increasing damage ratio from 0.3 ability power to 0.4 ability power.

Lux

W – Prismatic Barrier

Increasing shield power from 50/65/80/95/110 to 50/75/100/125/150.
Increasing max shield power from 100/130/160/190/220 to 100/150/200/250/300.

Nocturne

Base stats

Increasing armor from 36 to 38.
Increasing health from 582.8 to 585.
Increasing mana from 273.8 to 275.
Increasing mana regen from 6.756 to 7.

W – Shroud of Darkness

Increasing bonus attack speed from 20/25/30/35/40% to 30/35/40/45/50%.

Sion

Base stats

Increasing mana from 325.6 to 330.
Increasing health from 542.64 to 545.

Q – Decimating Smash

Increasing base minimum damage from 20/40/60/80/100 to 30/50/70/90/110.
Increasing base maximum damage from 60/120/180/240/300 to 70/135/200/265/330.

E – Scatter the Weak

Increasing base damage from 70/115/160/205/250 to 85/130/175/220/265.

Base stats

Reducing movement speed from 345 to 335.

E – Thick Skin

Reducing shield duration from 3 to 2 seconds.

Yuumi

Q – Prowling Projectile

Reducing empowered damage from 50/95/140/185/230/275 to 50/85/120/155/190/225.
Reducing slow from 40/48/56/64/72/80% to 20/32/44/56/68/80%.
Slow duration changes from 1.25/1.35/1.45/1.55/1.65/1.75 seconds to 1.5 seconds at all ranks.
Increasing cool down from 11/10/9/8/7/6 seconds to 13.5/12/10.5/9/7.5/6 seconds.
