New Apex Legends map is coming to Season 3 Meltdown
Initial info on the third Apex Legends season may have indicated no noticeable changes to the map of King’s Canyon, and now we know why: an all-new World’s Edge map is on the way
The upcoming third season, Meltdown, will finally come with one of the most sought-after additions of the game since its launch – more maps. The map is called World’s Edge, and it includes some frozen areas, volcanic, and an actual moving train for fast combat.
As with the first and second seasons, Meltdown comes with a new character: Crypto and the legendary Charge Rifle weapon present in air aid. We had already introduced Crypto with a narrative presentation of his motives in the world of Apex Legends, and the opportunity to play with his various tools has become very close with the launch date on the first of October.
We don’t know yet all the new Battle Pass awards, but thanks to the new gameplay that was released yesterday evening, we know that he will have a fantastic Skin for Lifeline as well as weapons and other characters like Pathfinder. As usual, Battle Pass content will be available throughout the season, meaning you’ll have about two months to complete all of its tasks when you buy it.

Apex Legends has previously suffered from a lack of content and slow delivery to players, prompting many to leave and return for other Battle Royale games. Now it is safe to say that the content that the team has worked so hard to deliver in the past few months is sure to bring back part of the fan base.
If you have not tried the game yet it is available for free download on the computer platforms, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
