StarSeries i-League PUBG S2 battlegrounds settle with Team Liquid on top

Despite not achieving the PUBG Global Invitational title early last month, Team Liquid has been able to regain the confidence of its fans as one of the best teams with a dazzling victory in StarSeries i-League PUBG

The best European team managed to grab the second season title from OGN Entus Ace and Team Vitality, who struggled to reach number one in the three days of competition with only 50 points setting them apart. For the spectators, it was a given that one of those two teams is to win the title, but Liquid had other plans.

The famed team had managed to steal the spotlight in the last five games for the last day, scoring twice in second place and first in the the match leading to the final showdown. Being now a direct competitor with OGN and Vitality teams by 50 points, Liquid had it all set for a big finale with their nearest rival FaZe, last year’s champ, further away by 400 points at fourth place.

OGN was the first to be beaten down by several teams, leaving the first place struggle for Vitality and Liquid. All they needed to do was win a number of Kills and get ahead of their opponents, and that’s exactly what the Liquid players did with their outstanding strategic play, eventually winning the largest share of the $100,000 grand prize.
