Aatrox

Q – The Darkin Blade

• Reduce Minions damage reduction from 60% to 45%.

Annie

E – Molten Shield

• Increase movement speed from 25-50.5% (levels 1-18) to 30-60% (levels 1-18).
• Cool down changes from 15 seconds at all ranks to 14/13/12/11/10 seconds.

Ashe

Passive – Frost Shot

• Increase slow from 15-30% (levels 1-18) to 20-30% (levels 1-18).

Blitzcrank

Q – Rocket Grab

• Increase range from 1050 to 1150.

R – Static Field

• Increase passive max stacks from 2 marks to 3 marks.

Graves

Base stats

• Increase attack damage from 66 to 68.
• Increase health from 551.1 to 555.
• Increase mana from 322.2 to 325.
• Increase mana regen from 7.9 to 8.

Orianna

R – Command: Shockwave

• Increase damage from 150/225/300 (+0.7 ability power) to 200/275/350 (+0.8 ability power).

Riven

Q – Broken Wings

• Increase cool down from 12 to 13 seconds.

E – Valor

• Reduce cool down from 14/13/12/11/10 seconds to 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.

W – Soul Furnace

• Increase base shield from 30/55/80/105/130 to 50/75/100/125/150.

Twisted Fate

E – Stacked Deck

• Increase attack speed from 10/15/20/25/30% to 20/25/30/35/40%.
• Increase base damage from 55/80/105/130/155 to 65/90/115/140/165.

Vayne

R – Final Hour

• Increase bonus attack damage from 20/30/40 to 25/40/55.

R – Lets Bounce!

• Now restore 1/2/3% of the maximum health.

W – Drunken Rage

• Increase cool down from 5 to 6 seconds.
• Reduce damage ratio from 8% to 7% of the targets maximum health.

Karma

Q – Inner Flame

• Reduce damage ratio from 60% to 40% of ability power.

Tahm Kench

E – Thick Skin

• Reduce gray health heal from 75% of gray health at all ranks to 30-100% of Grey Health (levels 1-18).

Yuumi

Q – Prowling Projectile

• Reduce slowly from 20/32/44/56/68/80% to 20% at all ranks.
• Reduce slow duration from 1.5 to 1 second.
