Everything we know about new patch 9.18 in League of Legends

With today new patch 9.18 we are just one patch away from World Championship 2019, so we will see many balance changes, according to the official patch note.

Riot always make a ton of balance changes before the biggest event of the year the World Championship, so it’s not serprising if we see many buffs and nerfs today, on the other hands, there are many new amazing skins and chromas. so all new changes will be here below in this report.

Champions Buffs

Annie

E – Molten Shield

• Now increasing movement speed by 25% + 1.5% per level for 1.5 second.

• Reducing damage reduction from 16/22/28/34/40% to 10/13/16/19/22%.
• Increasing cool down from 10 to 15 seconds at all ranks.

Aurelion Sol

Base Stats

• Increasing health from 510 to 575.

Caitlyn

Base Stats

• Increasing attack damage from 60 to 62.

Ekko

W – Parallel Convergence

• Reducing mana cost from 50/55/60/65/70 to 30/35/40/45/50.

• Increasing stun duration from 1.75 to 2.25 seconds.

Evelynn

R – Last Caress

• Increasing empowered damage from 100% to 140% against enemy below 30% of maximum health.

• Increasing empowered damage from 250/500/750 (+1.5 ability power) to 300/600/900 (+1.8 ability power).

• R2 reducing maximum damage from 255/450/645 (+0.9 ability power) to 195/420/645 (+0.9 ability power).

• Increasing cool down from 120/110/100 to 160/130/100 seconds.

Kai’Sa

E – Supercharge

• Reducing bonus attack speed from 40/50/60/70/80% to 40/45/50/55/60%.

Nunu & Willump

Base Stats

• Reducing health growth from 90 to 82.
• Reducing armor growth from 3.5 to 3.
• Reducing mana from 283.56 to 280.
• Reducing mana regen from 7.44 to 7.

E – Snowball Barrage

• Reducing slow from 50% at all ranks to 30/35/40/45/50%.
